Responsibilities for Customer Engagement Specialist include:

• Handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls

• Follow scripts verbatim during customer interactions

• Navigate multiple systems while entering data accurately

• Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally

• Use Microsoft Teams for internal communication

• Adhere to assigned work schedules

• Demonstrate strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Maintain reliability and punctuality

• Provide excellent customer service skills

Requirements:

• Must be able to work on-site at the Phoenix, AZ call center

• High School Diploma or GED

• At least 1 year of experience in a fast-paced, high-volume call center

• Must communicate effectively in English, with strong verbal and written abilities

• Ability to read a script verbatim and navigate multiple systems simultaneously during calls

• Proficient in Microsoft Teams

• Strong problem-solving, interpersonal, and active listening skills, with exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities

• Reliable and punctual with adherence to assigned schedules

Pay Details: $18.00 per hour
