Adecco Staffing is working with a manufacturing company in Hanover, NH to bring on Machine Maintenance Technicians! This is a full-time, long-term opportunity with room for growth.
Job Title: Machine Maintenance Technician
Location: Hanover, NH
Pay: $24–$36 per hour depending on shift and experience
Shifts: All shifts available (varies by department)
Job Duties:
- Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on production machinery and equipment
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues
- Conduct regular inspections to identify wear, damage, or mechanical failures
- Replace motors, belts, bearings, gears, sensors, switches, and basic electrical components
- Read and interpret schematics, diagrams, machine manuals, and work orders
- Assist with machine installations, setups, and calibrations
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs and documentation
- Work with production teams to minimize downtime and support continuous workflow
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized maintenance work area
- Support improvement initiatives and help optimize machine performance
Requirements:
- Previous experience in machine maintenance, industrial repair, or mechanical troubleshooting
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems; basic electrical knowledge preferred
- Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment
- Able to lift 25–50 lbs as needed
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Reliable attendance and willingness to work overtime when required

Pay Details: $24.00 to $36.00 per hour
