Pay: $32-$38 depending on skillset
Hours: Monday – Thursday 6:00am – 4:30pm

We are seeking a skilled and experienced CNC Programmer to join our manufacturing team. This individual will be responsible for developing, editing, and optimizing CNC programs to produce precision components according to engineering specifications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machining, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Create and modify CNC programs for mills, lathes, and multi-axis machines using CAD/CAM software
- Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and GD&T to ensure accuracy in programming
- Select appropriate tools, feeds, and speeds to optimize machining performance
- Work with machinists and engineers to set up and troubleshoot machines during program prove-out
- Maintain all documentation related to programming, tooling, and setup instructions
- Continuously evaluate processes for efficiency and quality improvements
- Ensure all work complies with company safety standards and quality requirements
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or associate degree preferred
- Minimum 3 years of CNC programming experience in a manufacturing environment
- Proficient in CAD/CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, SolidWorks, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of G-code, tool selection, and machining processes
- Ability to read and interpret complex technical drawings
- Experience with machine setup and operation is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Manual dexterity and good vision for precision work
