This full-time role focuses on both prototype and production machining in a dynamic and team-oriented environment. We are seeking a hands-on professional with strong Mastercam skills and a solid background in CNC programming and machine setup.
Key Responsibilities:
Pay Details: $18.00 to $23.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, modify, and optimize CNC programs for milling machines, ensuring quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness
- Create and update setup documentation and maintain accurate programming records
- Collaborate with engineers, estimators, supervisors, and machinists to provide technical support and resolve issues
- Generate CAM files based on CAD drawings, technical prints, or verbal instructions
- Set up and operate CNC milling machines to test and validate programs as needed
- Review customer specifications and work with internal or client teams to address discrepancies
- Support continuous improvement efforts and assist with additional tasks as assigned
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of experience in CNC programming
- At least 2 years of multi-axis CNC programming experience
- 10 years of experience in CNC setup or lathe machining
- Strong proficiency with Mastercam software
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints and use measurement tools effectively
- High attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality
- Self-motivated, with excellent time management and problem-solving skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities; works well in a team-oriented environment
