Adecco is helping a company in Braintree, and we are seeking a qualified Business Development Representative to help grow into an Account Executive! This is a temp to hire opportunity.
Hours: 8:30AM-5:00PM, Monday-Friday
Pay: $65,000 base salary commission
Job Summary:
We are is seeking a high-energy Business Development Representative (BDR) who thrives on outbound prospecting and is motivated by a clear, structured path into an Account Executive role with significantly higher earning potential.
This opportunity is ideal for a driven sales professional who enjoys initiating conversations, mastering advanced appointment-setting strategies, and building a strong pipeline from the ground up. The role offers hands-on training from senior leadership and top performers, with long-term growth into a full closing role.
This is a hybrid position with mostly remote work and periodic onsite collaboration.
Responsibilities:
Execute high-volume outbound outreach via phone, email, LinkedIn, video messaging, and networking.
Engage senior decision makers including CEOs, Presidents, Business Owners, and Sales Leaders.
Use tools such as ZoomInfo and curated prospect lists to drive targeted outreach.
Build and manage a structured, consistent sales pipeline.
Apply advanced prospecting techniques taught by top internal performers.
Implement proprietary messaging and sequencing proven to generate appointments.
Incorporate direct coaching and feedback from senior leadership to improve effectiveness.
Responsibilities (for when you are an A.E.)
Lead consultative sales conversations focused on business challenges and outcomes.
Present solutions, prepare proposals, and close new business.
Maintain accurate CRM documentation.
Qualify prospects using a structured discovery framework.
Build long-term client relationships that support repeat business and referrals.
Requirements:
3 years of B2B sales or business development experience.
Background selling intangible or professional services.
Proven ability to generate your own leads and book meetings.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Comfort engaging senior-level and C-suite decision makers.
Experience selling intangible services is required.
Willingness to perform 100 percent prospecting during the first six months.
Confidence engaging executive-level buyers through multi-channel outreach.
Consistent professionalism, attention to detail, and follow-through.

Pay Details: $65,000.00 per hour
