Key Responsibilities
- Create and post job openings in the applicant tracking system
- Track applicant sources and maintain accurate candidate records
- Review resumes and conduct initial phone screens
- Schedule interviews and coordinate logistics with hiring managers
- Host onsite candidates and assist with interview preparation
- Arrange candidate travel as needed
- Maintain recruiting reports and applicant flow logs
- Update job descriptions as needed
- Build and maintain talent pools to support proactive recruiting efforts
- Assist with outreach initiatives, including community and workforce partnerships
- Track outreach activities and compliance documentation
- Communicate with candidates regarding interview status and next steps
- Perform additional duties as assigned
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruiting coordination, talent acquisition support, HR, or related administrative support (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Regularly required to sit, stand, walk, talk, and hear
- May occasionally lift up to 20 pounds in support of recruiting events
- Primarily office-based
- Occasional travel may be required for recruiting events, job fairs, community outreach activities, or visits to company locations
- Extended hours may be necessary during peak hiring periods
- Moderate noise level typical of an office environment
