- Retrieve physical medical charts and prepare documents for digital conversion
- Scan patient records and upload them into the electronic system accurately
- Index and organize scanned files to ensure easy retrieval and compliance
- Maintain confidentiality and follow established documentation procedures
- Prior experience working with medical records or healthcare documentation
- Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems (Epic experience is a plus, not required)
- Previous hospital or clinical environment experience preferred
