Position: Platform Support Analyst

Location: Dallas, TX

Assignment: 12 Month Contract

Compensation: $20-28/hr

Benefits: This position is eligible for medical, dental, vision, and 401k.

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday

Job Description:

We are looking for a Help Desk Specialist that their primary functions are to work FreshService tickets as they come in, create the Active Directory accounts, and configure hardware for new hires and support our audio\video solutions.


Top Skills:

-L1 Technical Support (Email, Phone, Teams, ZenDesk, etc.)

-Outgoing communication (sales agents. corporate leadership)

-JAMF (MDM) experience of Apple Business Manager is required
