Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced NetSuite Consultant for a short-term engagement to evaluate and enhance existing system processes. This role will focus on reviewing current NetSuite workflows, identifying inefficiencies, and recommending improvements to optimize system functionality and internal controls.
The consultant will partner closely with internal stakeholders to assess current procedures, develop standardized operating procedures (SOPs), and implement best practices to drive operational efficiency. This individual will leverage deep NetSuite expertise to streamline processes, improve data accuracy, and strengthen overall system performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze current NetSuite processes and workflows
- Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement
- Develop and document standardized operating procedures (SOPs)
- Recommend and implement process enhancements and internal controls
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and adoption of best practices
- Provide guidance and expertise on NetSuite functionality and optimization
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a NetSuite Consultant or similar role
- Strong understanding of NetSuite workflows, configurations, and best practices
- Experience developing SOPs and improving operational processes
- Ability to assess and implement internal controls
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, project-based environment
