Pay: $130,000 – $140,000 DOE

About Our Client

Addison Group is working with a growing professional services organization seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to support their team. This role will partner closely with leadership to oversee HR operations and contribute to a strong, people-focused culture.

Job Description

The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for managing core HR functions, driving process improvements, and supporting employee-related initiatives. This individual will play a key role in aligning HR practices with business goals while ensuring a positive and compliant workplace environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support and enhance HR policies, procedures, and overall operations
  • Lead recruitment efforts and contribute to employee development and retention strategies
  • Evaluate workforce needs and support staffing initiatives across departments
  • Manage employee relations matters and provide guidance on workplace concerns
  • Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws and internal policies
  • Partner on benefits administration and related employee programs
  • Maintain accurate job documentation and organizational records
  • Provide reporting and insights to leadership to support decision-making
  • Assist with onboarding and integration of new employees

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent experience
  • 6 years of progressive HR experience
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment regulations
  • Ability to navigate complex situations and implement effective solutions
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems
  • HR certifications are a plus
