Key Responsibilities
- Support and enhance HR policies, procedures, and overall operations
- Lead recruitment efforts and contribute to employee development and retention strategies
- Evaluate workforce needs and support staffing initiatives across departments
- Manage employee relations matters and provide guidance on workplace concerns
- Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws and internal policies
- Partner on benefits administration and related employee programs
- Maintain accurate job documentation and organizational records
- Provide reporting and insights to leadership to support decision-making
- Assist with onboarding and integration of new employees
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent experience
- 6 years of progressive HR experience
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment regulations
- Ability to navigate complex situations and implement effective solutions
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems
- HR certifications are a plus
