Job Description:
The HR Operations Coordinator will play a key role in supporting core human resources functions, with a strong focus on data reporting, compensation analysis, compliance, and HR systems administration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver recurring and ad hoc HR reports for leadership and internal stakeholders
- Analyze HR data to identify trends and recommend actionable insights
- Maintain and audit employee data within HR systems to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Support HRIS functionality, including troubleshooting issues and assisting with system updates
- Assist with compensation-related activities such as salary benchmarking, merit increases, and promotions
- Participate in compensation surveys and assist with annual review cycles
- Support compliance initiatives, including preparation and submission of required reporting
- Help maintain and update HR policies in alignment with current regulations and best practices
- Assist with employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, offboarding, and internal transfers
- Document and maintain standard operating procedures for HR processes
- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve HR operations
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant HR or HR operations experience
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; strong skills in PowerPoint
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and present data effectively
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
