Responsibilities section:
- Finance
- Manage accounts payable and receivable
- Reconcile bank statements and general ledger entries
- Assist with reporting and data requests
- Support tax filings and budgeting activities
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, IFRS, or local accounting standards
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Support audits and liaise with external auditors
- Human Resources
- Serve as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns
- Partner with hiring managers to support job postings, candidate screening and scheduling, offer letters, and onboarding
- Maintain HRIS records and prepare payroll submissions for corporate processing
- Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws, and manage employee documentation and reporting.
- Support administration of annual processes such as open enrollment, goal setting, and performance reviews
- Order Processing & Logistics
- Process orders including billing and freight scheduling
- Coordinate with vendors and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery
- Maintain accurate records of transactions and shipments
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 5–10 years of progressive experience in accounting or finance
- Knowledge of SAP preferred.
- Knowledge of HR and Finance practices and compliance.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS/payroll systems
