Job Description: Betts is seeking a smart, proactive individual to handle day-to-day HR and finance operations. This role provides on-site support to the parent plant's Controller and HR lead, ensuring the smooth functioning of employee administration and financial processes.
Responsibilities:
- Manage employee benefits inquiries and support onboarding processes.
- Maintain employee access, logins, and timekeeping systems.
- Assist with payroll inputs and other basic accounting tasks.
- Perform general financial administration and support reporting as needed.
- Act as the first point of contact for HR and finance questions at Betts.
- Will work administratively managing our ERP system (Epicor); This person will be supporting any shop floor questions or issues in relation to production entries.
- This person will gain experience being back up and support for areas including but not limited to; shipping, production planning, and purchasing, etc.
About the Role: This position is ideal for a motivated self-starter who thrives in a small, dynamic environment and can manage HR and finance tasks without direct supervision. You will be the on-site point person for all employee and financial operations, ensuring the plant runs efficiently while supporting the parent company’s systems and processes.
Pay: $29/hour to $43/hour
Qualifications:
- 1 year experience in one or both.
- 2-year degree or higher
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to take ownership in a fast-moving environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Smart, aggressive, and willing to step in wherever needed to keep operations running smoothly.
