Job Description:
The HR Manager (Employee Relations) will serve as a key partner to leadership, managing complex employee relations matters and helping drive consistent, compliant HR practices. This individual will play a critical role in promoting a positive work environment and supporting organizational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the lead resource for employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and escalations
- Conduct and manage workplace investigations from intake through resolution
- Partner with leaders on performance management, corrective action, and team challenges
- Ensure consistent application of HR policies and adherence to employment laws
- Analyze trends in employee relations data to provide proactive insights
- Support initiatives aimed at improving engagement, retention, and culture
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive HR best practices
- 8 years of HR experience with a strong concentration in employee relations
- Experience in healthcare or a highly regulated environment required
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance
- Ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion and sound judgment
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor’s degree required; HR certification is a plus
