About Our Client:

Addison Group is partnering with a growing, multi-site healthcare organization to identify an experienced HR professional to lead employee relations efforts. This organization supports a large, diverse workforce and is focused on fostering a collaborative, people-first culture.

Job Description:

The HR Manager (Employee Relations) will serve as a key partner to leadership, managing complex employee relations matters and helping drive consistent, compliant HR practices. This individual will play a critical role in promoting a positive work environment and supporting organizational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the lead resource for employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and escalations
  • Conduct and manage workplace investigations from intake through resolution
  • Partner with leaders on performance management, corrective action, and team challenges
  • Ensure consistent application of HR policies and adherence to employment laws
  • Analyze trends in employee relations data to provide proactive insights
  • Support initiatives aimed at improving engagement, retention, and culture
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive HR best practices

Qualifications:

  • 8 years of HR experience with a strong concentration in employee relations
  • Experience in healthcare or a highly regulated environment required
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance
  • Ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion and sound judgment
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Bachelor’s degree required; HR certification is a plus
