Responsibilities and Job Details:
- Lead and manage a team of data science professionals delivering machine learning, deep learning, generative, and emerging agentic AI solutions
- Define and execute the enterprise vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI and advanced analytics initiatives
- Oversee the full AI/ML lifecycle, from strategy and model design through deployment, monitoring, and operational support
- Ensure AI solutions comply with enterprise standards for security, governance, ethics, and responsible AI
- Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and technical excellence within the data science team
- Recruit, develop, retain, and performance-manage top-tier data science and AI talent
- Collaborate with business units, IT, and analytics teams to identify AI use cases and drive scalable, high-value solutions
- Establish best practices, reusable assets, and standardized workflows for AI/ML delivery
- Monitor emerging AI and data science technologies to inform investment and roadmap decisions
