Job Title – AI Cloud Security Engineer
Location – NYC (Onsite Monday–Thursday, Remote Friday; must reside within 1 hour 15 minutes commute)

Must Have Skills:
- Hands-on experience applying AI/ML to enhance network security, specifically securing the rollout of Microsoft Copilot
- Deep, end-to-end Microsoft Purview DLP architecture, implementation, and ownership experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra Internet Access
- Proven reliability, punctuality, and collaborative team approach
Responsibilities and Job Details:
- Lead the hands-on design, implementation, and optimization of AI-driven security controls, particularly in support of Microsoft Copilot deployment
- Architect, implement, and fully own Microsoft Purview DLP solutions across the enterprise
- Engineer and manage Microsoft Entra Internet Access to strengthen secure connectivity and access controls
- Provide technical examples and hands-on execution of security solutions — not advisory-only work
- Collaborate closely with a tight-knit security team (approximately 7 members) in a highly interactive environment
- Participate in and contribute to the daily 9:00 AM team huddle; punctuality and accountability are essential
- Partner directly with security leadership to align cloud security initiatives with organizational objectives
- Strengthen data protection, governance, and compliance posture within a healthcare-focused environment
- Support ongoing performance reviews and continuous improvement initiatives
- Contribute to a culture of trust, reliability, and strong team collaboration
- Engage in a technical interview process including a Teams-based technical discussion and onsite panel interview in NYC
