Job Title: Director of Operations
Location: Boulder, CO
Pay: $160,000 - 180,000

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, Operations, Engineering, or related field
- 8 years of experience in construction, field operations, or industrial services
- 5 years of operational leadership experience with project management responsibility
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, margins, and P&L performance
- Proven ability to lead project management teams and drive operational execution
- Experience implementing lean principles and continuous improvement initiatives
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to align cross-functional teams
- Demonstrated success improving performance metrics through leadership and coaching
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead regional field operations across multiple concurrent roadway safety projects, ensuring safe, timely, and profitable execution
- Oversee Project Management Office (PMO) functions including scheduling, resource allocation, budgeting, and stakeholder communication
- Own and manage operational budgets, project margins, and overall P&L performance
- Drive operational excellence through lean process improvements and scalable systems
- Build, mentor, and develop high-performing field teams, project managers, and operational leaders
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Estimating, Engineering, Safety, and Supply Chain to ensure alignment and execution
- Monitor project performance from award through closeout, ensuring visibility into risks, timelines, and financial outcomes
- Champion a culture of safety, compliance, and quality in alignment with OSHA and roadway safety regulations
- Lead change management initiatives and support strategic planning and business growth efforts
