Addison Group is partnering with our client, a global organization supporting sterilization and safety services across multiple industries. They are experiencing high hiring demand and are expanding their recruiting team to support nationwide operations.
Job Description:
We are seeking a contract Recruiter to support high-volume hiring across multiple locations in the U.S. This role will focus on sourcing and recruiting for entry-level and operational positions. The ideal candidate is proactive, adaptable, and able to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for a high volume of open roles across various locations
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruiting strategies
- Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and other channels
- Review resumes, conduct phone screens, and present qualified candidates to hiring teams
- Coordinate and participate in intake meetings with hiring managers
- Support offer negotiations and collaborate with HR on compensation recommendations
- Attend hiring events such as job fairs and community outreach initiatives
- Maintain accurate candidate tracking and reporting within the applicant tracking system
- Identify new sourcing strategies and process improvements
Qualifications:
- 2 years of recruiting experience with a strong focus on sourcing
- Experience supporting high-volume hiring environments preferred
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), ideally Taleo
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work with a sense of urgency
- Comfortable working across different time zones
