Job Responsibilities:
- Analyze accounts receivable aging, delinquency trends, and payment patterns
- Identify high‑risk accounts and prioritize collection efforts
- Develop and maintain collection forecasts and recovery models
- Recommend and implement collection strategies to improve cash flow
- Partner with Credit, Sales, and Finance to resolve disputes and payment issues
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5 years of Collections experience
- Analytical and detail‑oriented
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
