Job Description:
The Administrative Aide will provide comprehensive support across multiple teams, assisting with administrative coordination, data management, and event logistics. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to varying workflows while supporting multiple stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day administrative support including scheduling, correspondence, and document preparation
- Assist with tracking expenses, maintaining calendars, and supporting internal processes
- Support event coordination efforts including registration management, materials preparation, and on-site assistance
- Enter, update, and maintain data within CRM systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Generate reports and assist with data analysis projects as needed
- Collaborate with internal teams to support ongoing initiatives and special projects
- Serve as a point of contact for inquiries, providing professional and timely customer service
- Participate in system trainings and continuously build knowledge of internal tools and processes
- Assist with post-event follow-up activities and reporting
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative or professional office setting
- Experience with data entry, reporting, or database management
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to different team processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working collaboratively and providing excellent customer service
- Willingness to learn new systems and take initiative
