Pay: $70,000 - 80,000
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the Accounts Receivable and reconciliation teams, providing coaching, performance feedback, and training.
- Oversee the processing, posting, and reconciliation of card and other payment transactions to ensure accuracy and timely reporting.
- Manage AR reporting and reconciliation activities for multiple payment types, including credit cards, fleet cards, checks, refunds, chargebacks, and adjustments.
- Ensure accurate reconciliation of payment transactions across multiple business lines and investigate discrepancies as needed.
- Partner with accounting and finance teams to support accurate month-end and year-end AR balances.
- Serve as a key point of contact for reconciliation and adjustment inquiries related to receivable balances.
- Analyze AR data and performance metrics to identify trends, improve processes, and support operational decision-making.
- Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities to increase efficiency and accuracy.
- Maintain documentation and controls to support compliance, audits, and internal reporting requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Analytics, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of accounts receivable, reconciliation, or related accounting experience.
- Prior supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.
- Experience with card payment processing and reconciliation preferred.
- Experience with accounting or reconciliation systems such as SAP, ReconNET, or similar platforms.
