Compensation will vary upon experience: $50,000 - $75,000 annual

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research and gather relevant information for cases
- Draft, review, and organize legal documents such as contracts, pleadings, motions, and correspondence
- Assist attorneys in preparing for hearings, trials, depositions, and meetings
- Maintain and update case files, calendars, and legal databases
- File pleadings with courts and administrative agencies
- Coordinate communication between clients, attorneys, opposing counsel, and external parties
- Summarize depositions, medical records, and other documents
- Perform administrative tasks including scheduling, data entry, and billing support
- Ensure compliance with legal procedures, confidentiality requirements, and deadlines
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a paralegal or legal assistant is advantageous
- Strong research and writing skills
- Proficiency in legal software, case management systems, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with sensitive information
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
