Type: Direct Hire/Permanent
Location: St. Louis, MO
Compensation will vary upon experience: $45,000 - $60,000 annual

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, format, and proofread legal documents, correspondence, and reports
- Maintain and organize client files, case materials, and internal databases
- Schedule appointments, hearings, depositions, and meetings for attorneys
- Manage incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail
- Assist with document filing and court submissions (electronic and physical)
- Collect, organize, and summarize information requested by attorneys
- Track deadlines, court dates, and important case milestones
- Support billing processes by preparing time entries, invoices, and expense reports
- Perform general administrative tasks such as copying, scanning, and data entry
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a law office is a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with legal software or case management systems
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and time-management abilities
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
