We are adding a new team member to support our growing caseload.Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Litigation Secretary or Paralegal who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable supporting a busy litigation practice. While a paralegal certificate is not required, experience and litigation knowledge are key. This role will lean heavily toward litigation secretary responsibilities, but candidates interested in or currently performing paralegal work are encouraged to apply.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide administrative and litigation support to attorneys in complex environmental and class action mattersDraft, format, proofread, and finalize legal documents, correspondence, and filingsManage state and federal court filings, including e-filing and physical filing when requiredPerform manual calendaring of deadlines, hearings, and court-related dates using OutlookMaintain case files, document management systems, and discovery materialsAssist with trial preparation, including exhibit binders, witness lists, and logisticsCommunicate professionally with clients, experts, co-counsel, and court personnelSupport attorneys with general administrative tasks as needed within a small, close-knit teamTop Requirements3 years of litigation experience, with a strong understanding of the litigation lifecycleRobust state and federal calendaring skills (manual calendaring in Outlook required) and experience with state and federal court filingsExceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to thrive in a small, collaborative team environmentAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
