Job Summary:
We are seeking a professional and organized Sales Center Administrative Assistant to support daily operations at the Plantation Bay Sales Office. The Sales Center Administrative Assistant will serve as the first point of contact for visitors, support sales staff, maintain office organization, and help deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 6 months of receptionist or clerical experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced customer-facing environment
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls
- Register prospective buyers and maintain visitor records
- Support sales staff with brochures, packets, and administrative tasks
- Maintain organization and appearance of the sales office and common areas
- Coordinate office schedules, supplies, and documentation
- Assist with CRM updates, MLS input, and file management
- Prepare meeting materials and support office operations
- Monitor office inventory and report maintenance issues as needed
