Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Project Manager – Land Development to support residential development projects from planning through completion. The Project Manager – Land Development will coordinate with internal teams, consultants, and local agencies to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with permitting and land development project coordination
- Track budgets, schedules, and project milestones
- Review bids and proposals from contractors and consultants
- Support permitting, entitlement, and ARB processes
- Attend construction meetings and job site visits
- Monitor project progress and identify risks
- Manage invoices and track project expenses
- Collaborate with stakeholders including HOAs and local agencies
