Call Taker – Inbound
Pay: $14.05/hr.
Location: Wildwood, FL
MUST be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
Training Schedule:
Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–4:00 PM
Work Schedule After Training:
Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday | 8:00 AM–4:00 PM
Days Off: Thursday & Friday
We are seeking a dependable and customer-focused Call Taker to support inbound communications and administrative operations in a fast-paced office environment. This position is ideal for candidates with strong phone skills, attention to detail, and prior customer service or call center experience.
Essential Job Functions
- Operate a multi-line telephone system to answer, screen, and forward calls
- Provide information to callers, take messages, and schedule appointments
- Input and retrieve information using computer software systems
- Perform general clerical and office support duties
- Research and retrieve records as needed
- Maintain regular and reliable attendance
- Work in a non-smoking environment
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Minimum of one (1) year of clerical, call center, or customer service experience
- Experience answering multi-line phone systems
- Strong computer and data entry skills
- Valid Florida Driver’s License with an acceptable driving record
