Job Title: Shipping & Receiving CoordinatorLocation: Mogadore, OHShift: 1st Shift — Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PMPay Rate: $18–$22 per hour (based on experience)About UsWe are a well-established rubber seals manufacturer located in Mogadore, Ohio, seeking an experienced Shipping & Receiving Coordinator to join our team. This role is essential to ensuring accurate, timely, and efficient movement of materials and finished goods through our facility.Position SummaryThe Shipping & Receiving Coordinator is responsible for organizing, tracking, and executing the daily flow of inbound and outbound shipments. This individual will work closely with production, customer service, and logistics partners to prepare shipments, maintain records, and ensure products are delivered accurately and on schedule.Key ResponsibilitiesOperate LP sit-down forklift to move, stage, and load materials.Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders, including banding boxes and skids.Stage outgoing freight and organize shipments for pickup.Generate shipping documents through computer systems, including:Shipping LabelsBills of Lading (BOL)Packing ListsCommunicate with customers via email regarding preferred shipping methods.Schedule LTL shipments through a 3PL portal.Prepare UPS labels and process packages using UPS WorldShip.Record and track daily shipments in the company ERP system.Update open orders to shipped orders using Excel.Assist with receiving incoming materials and verifying accuracy when required.Maintain a clean, safe, and organized shipping area.Required Experience & SkillsPrior experience in shipping/receiving or warehouse coordination.Proficient forklift operation (LP sit-down).Strong computer proficiency with MS Office 365—especially Excel and Outlook.Ability to accurately prepare and manage shipping documentation.Experience using ERP systems for order tracking.Familiarity with 3PL systems and LTL scheduling.Experience with UPS WorldShip.Strong communication skills and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and meet daily shipping deadlines.Physical RequirementsAbility to lift up to 50 lbs as needed.Ability to stand, walk, and perform warehouse tasks for the majority of the shift.Company DescriptionAbout Accurate Staffing:Company OverviewAccurate Staffing is committed to excellence through service.
