Now hiring 12 Production Associates for a busy manufacturing plant in Cuyahoga Falls, OH. Pay is $17-$25/hour depending on experience and shift, with immediate openings on a special project. No manufacturing experience? We'll train the right person.

What You'll Do

• Operate assigned production equipment following standard work practices
• Use hand and power tools to cut, process, and assemble product components
• Run material handling equipment; pack and label finished goods
• Inspect product and equipment for quality issues and defects
• Load machines, pull items, prepare labels, and support project work as needed
• Keep your workspace and surrounding areas clean, organized, and safe
• Communicate with your team, supervisors, and maintenance to keep the line moving
• Cross-train to become proficient across multiple positions and production lines
• Other duties as assigned, including general housekeeping

What You Need

• High school diploma or GED, or equivalent work experience
• 1-2 years in a manufacturing or production environment preferred, not required
• Ability to read and follow safety procedures, hazard warnings, and equipment operating instructions in English, and to accurately complete production records, quality checklists, and incident reports — required for OSHA safety compliance and regulatory documentation
• Strong attention to detail and comfort working independently or as part of a team
• Reliable attendance and a safety-first mindset
• Willingness to cross-train and learn multiple areas of the operation

Physical Requirements & Work Environment

• Active manufacturing plant floor with moving machinery and consistent noise
• Temperatures range from very cold to very hot depending on season and area
• Standing, walking, lifting, carrying, climbing, pushing/pulling, bending, reaching, kneeling, crouching, squatting, crawling, gripping, and handling throughout the shift
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted; 80-100 lbs with assistance
• Required PPE is issued and must be worn at all times on the floor
