NOW HIRING: MACHINE BUILDER
Stow, Ohio | $25–$27 per Hour | 1st Shift
Accurate Staffing is hiring an experienced Machine Builder for a manufacturer in Stow, Ohio! If you're mechanically inclined, hands-on, and experienced in machine assembly, this is an excellent opportunity to put your skills to work.
PAY & SCHEDULE
- Starting Pay: $25–$27 per hour with ay increases to $30/hr. This is a Union position with steady pay increases
- Shift: 1st Shift, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
- Schedule: Monday–Friday
- Overtime: Available weekly
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assemble machines and mechanical components according to specifications.
- Read and interpret machine construction blueprints and technical drawings.
- Use hand tools and power tools to complete machine assembly.
- Fit, align, and assemble components accurately.
- Inspect completed assemblies to ensure quality and proper fit.
- Troubleshoot assembly issues and assist with other duties as needed.
REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to read and interpret machine construction blueprints is MANDATORY.
- Previous experience building or assembling machinery is required.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable using hand tools and power tools.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
