- Configure and calibrate door hardware and low-voltage components to meet rigorous safety and building code standards.
- Deliver exceptional on-site service by clearly explaining technical solutions and repair processes to customers.
- Maintain detailed documentation of all service activities, ensuring accurate reporting and inventory tracking.
- Perform comprehensive quality assurance checks on all completed projects to uphold high performance and safety benchmarks.

Required Skills
