HVAC Installation Crew Lead

As a Residential HVAC Installation Specialist, you will serve as the technical lead for complex climate control system upgrades, ensuring every home enjoys optimal comfort and efficiency. You will guide a team of installers, leveraging your expertise in HVAC systems to deliver high-quality results while fostering a culture of excellence and safety.

• Execute precise installations and replacements of residential HVAC systems to maximize system performance and longevity.
• Manage high and low voltage wiring, along with copper and PVC piping, to ensure robust and code-compliant connections.
• Mentor and develop junior installation assistants, providing hands-on training to elevate team technical proficiency.
• Deliver a superior customer experience by maintaining clear communication and professionalism throughout the project lifecycle.
• Maintain a highly organized vehicle and inventory, ensuring all tools and parts are ready for seamless daily operations.
• Uphold rigorous safety standards while navigating challenging environments, including attics, crawlspaces, and extreme weather conditions.
• Ensure all installations meet or exceed current appliance standards and local regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

Required Skills

• 1 years of hands-on experience in residential HVAC installation.
• Current EPA certification for refrigerant handling and environmental compliance.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Proven ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds and navigating tight spaces.
• Strong troubleshooting skills to resolve complex installation challenges on-site.
