Responsibilities- Design and execute comprehensive preventive maintenance schedules to minimize unexpected equipment downtime.
- Oversee the full lifecycle of maintenance work orders, from initial creation to final documentation.
- Facilitate seamless communication between maintenance and production departments to align repair schedules with operational goals.
- Optimize spare parts inventory levels by identifying critical components and establishing robust stock management protocols.
- Manage procurement processes by liaising with external vendors to secure parts and services efficiently.
- Perform regular inventory audits and cycle counts to ensure 100% accuracy in stock records.
- Maintain high data integrity within the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to support informed decision-making.
