We’re working with a rapidly scaling FinTech firm revolutionising financial access for the healthcare industry. With investor backing and a strong foothold in the medical market, they offer tech-forward solutions that simplify financial operations for clinics and healthcare providers. Now entering an aggressive growth phase, the company is expanding its sales team across major metro hubs.


The Account Executive will join a high-energy, mission-driven team and focus on securing new business in the medical sector through outbound prospecting and product demonstrations.


Role Highlights – core tasks & impact


– Proactively generate leads via cold calls, email and face-to-face meetings

– Deliver persuasive product demos to healthcare decision-makers

– Own the full sales cycle from initial outreach to close

– Attend conferences and network with prospects across the sector

– Collaborate with colleagues to shape successful outreach strategies


You Will Need – key skills/experience


– 2 years’ B2B sales experience with cold-calling confidence

– A strong closer with high energy and resilience

– Solid grasp of sales pipeline and CRM systems

– Excellent communication and presentation skills

– Experience in FinTech or healthcare sectors is advantageous
