This position is a hybrid model that supports a blend of in office and remote work from one of the following office locations : Overland Park, KS or Schaumburg, IL.
In this role, a Customer Support Consultant will be responsible for :
Investigate and route complaints from national / local insurance regulators and consumer to appropriate office for resolution.
Locate claims office staff for insureds and other parties calling to report claims.
Identify appropriate business or marketing reps for agents seeking appointments.
Enter inquiry data into tracking system.
Basic Qualifications :
Bachelor’s Degree and No prior experience required in the Customer Service area
High School Diploma or Equivalent and 3 or more years of experience in the Customer Service area
Experience with Microsoft Office
Preferred Qualifications :
Excellent communication skills
Detail oriented
