** Claims Customer Relationship Consultant**

84846 Zurich North America is seeking a **Claims Customer Relationship Consultant**.

Responsible for relationship management of large, complex accounts within a subset of a region or large country. Works with business units and functional groups to execute strategies that promote claims value-added services, drive profitable growth, and improve technical excellence, customer satisfaction and retention. Acts as an account representative by handling customer service issues for respective accounts and coordinating with the appropriate internal and external resources for resolution.

**Additional responsibilities may include:**

Partner with underwriting to participate in new business prospects with brokers and customers by communicating and selling the claims value proposition to large complex accounts with regional scope.

Research and respond to the claims service needs of prospective and current customers by developing and delivering claims services marketing presentations and RFP responses that differentiate Zurich Services.

Ensure customer satisfaction by identifying and resolving customer service issues, proactively communicating information; responding to inquiries and following customer protocols.

Work with business partners to deliver meaningful stewardship meetings with customers by providing benchmark and trending analysis to help demonstrate impact of Zurich claims services to customers' overall loss costs.

Understand and manage customer-specific special handling needs by partnering with the business units and claims organizations to meet customer expectations.

Increase customer satisfaction and retention by building lasting relationships with our customers' risk managers and brokers.

**Required Qualifications:**

Bachelors Degree and 6 or more years of experience in the Claims area

OR

High School Diploma or Equivalent and 8 or more years of experience in the Claims area or Agriculture field

OR

Zurich Certified Insurance Apprentice including an Associate Degree and 6 or more years of experience in the Claims area or Agriculture field

AND

Knowledge of Workers Compensation and General Liability/Products and Claims

Customer Service experience
