The Team & Role

Our Marketing team plays a pivotal role in evangelizing the subscription economy and sustaining Zuora’s rapid global growth. ZEO marketers are world-class storytellers and strategic campaign builders. We are a design-driven organization that loves to collaborate, innovate, and tackle tough technical and conceptual projects. Traditional cookie-cutter B2B marketing is taboo here. We’re seeking Senior Marketing Specialists to run ABM programs and strategic & tactical events in North America. You’ll be supported by one of the most talented & experienced content and marketing operations teams on a ‘build & run’ approach to field marketing programs, collaborating with field leaders and partners to understand audience and opportunity. You’ll work with the extended marketing leadership team to execute, scale and improve effective field marketing programs for your territory. You’ll align with an RVP of Sales for your territory on regional execution and work with a global group of field marketing peers.

In this role you’ll get to

  • Execute field marketing events and programs to drive demand generation, pipeline growth, and revenue attainment within the North American market.

  • Collaborate closely with sales teams to align marketing efforts with sales objectives, ensuring seamless coordination and effective lead handover.

  • Tailor and execute targeted marketing campaigns, events, and programs that resonate with key buyer personas and industries, generating qualified leads and expanding brand presence.

  • Monitor and report on the performance of field marketing initiatives, using data-driven insights to refine strategies and drive continuous improvement.

  • Foster strong relationships with strategic partners and third-party vendors to drive co-marketing initiatives and maximize brand exposure.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product marketing, corporate marketing, and channel sales, to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and branding.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics, providing insights and recommendations to drive Zuora's competitive advantage.

  • Represent Zuora professionally at industry conferences, trade shows, and customer events.

Who we’re looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

  • 2 years of experience in B2B field marketing, preferably in the technology or software industry.

  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing programs, driving demand generation, and delivering measurable business results.

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work across sales, marketing and operational peers.

  • Creative & scrappy problem solver with the mindset that we can always do better and always find a way.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
