Job Overview:

As an Associate Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing a team, exceeding sales goals, and ensuring excellent customer service. Responsibilities:
- Sell products and services to customers, providing exceptional customer service
- Manage and motivate a team of employees, providing guidance and support
- Ensure the store is properly stocked and merchandise is displayed effectively
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve sales goals
- Assist with employee scheduling, ensuring adequate coverage during peak hours
- Conduct employee orientation and training sessions
- Interview and hire new employees as needed
- Implement company policies and procedures to maintain a safe and efficient work environment
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with budgeting for stock replenishment

Skills:
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Proven ability to drive sales and achieve targets
- Budgeting skills to effectively manage expenses and control costs
- Experience in wireless sales is a plus

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12 – 40 per week
