Your Job Responsibilities of a Customer Service Representative:

• Manage the day-to-day functions of our drivers by dispatching, monitoring, tracking, and communicating with them
• Implement our quality-driven process to exceed our customers' expectations
• Ensure our operations plan is followed and report any deviations to the customer in a timely manner
• Mentor drivers as needed by setting clear expectations regarding safety, compliance, and on-time performance
• Provide exceptional customer service to our drivers and customers
• Must be able to think out of the box

Skills of a Customer Service Representative:

• Computer skills with the ability to learn new software quickly
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, and Word is required
• Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Fast Paced environment-Need people that take initiative instead of waiting for direction.

SALARY: $14.00 to $17.000 per hour

Hours can vary including holidays and weekends.

Overtime is available at times.

Dispatching Experience not necessary-will train the right person
