Ztek Consulting is Hiring a Remote Oracle R12 EBS HRMS Technical Developer
Job Details
Minimum 4-6 years of Implementation and/or Support experience in Oracle R12 EBS Human Resource module
Should have experience in Oracle HRMS R12.X version
R12 Experience is mandatory with a minimum of 1 - 2 Implementations and/or Support experience on Core HR and Self Service HR modules
Good understanding of Oracle HRMS EBS HR Security, Oracle Alerts, Oracle WebADIs, XML Publisher Reports, BI Publisher Reports
knowledge of SAP HR and SAP SuccessFactor Onboarding and Recruiting is a plus
Must have prior experience in HRMS process flows and gap analysis, provide solution design, perform POCs and demos for the Gaps solution from standard solution sets as well customized solutions.
Must have worked on providing HRMS issues resolution and integrating Oracle HRMS modules with 3rd party systems
Good knowledge of HRMS data flow and HR standard interfaces based on earlier work on Implementation OR Support projects is expected
Very good understanding of the Support life cycle
Must have strong knowledge and hands-on experience in RICEW (Reports, Interface, Conversions, Extensions, and Workflow) development activities in HRMS modules
Good functional experience who can independently solve business requirements and recommend industry best practices.
Must have experience in creating all the project deliverables like BR100, MD050s, MD070s, and testing documents
Good technical knowledge and PLSQL skills
Must have very good verbal and written communication skills
