Position: Oracle R12 EBS HRMS Technical Developer

Job Description:

• Minimum 4-6 years of Implementation and/or Support experience in Oracle R12 EBS Human Resource module
• Should have experience in Oracle HRMS R12.X version.
• R12 Experience is mandatory with minimum 1 - 2 Implementations and/or Support experience on Core HR, and Self-Service HR modules.
• Good understanding of Oracle HRMS EBS HR Security, Oracle Alerts, Oracle Web ADIs, XML Publisher Reports, BI Publisher Reports
• knowledge of SAP HR and SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding and Recruiting is plus.
• Must have prior experience on HRMS processes flows and gap analysis, provide solution design, perform POC’s and demo for the Gaps solution from standard solution sets as well customized solutions.
• Must have worked on providing HRMS issues resolution and integrating Oracle HRMS modules with 3rd party systems.
• Good knowledge on HRMS data flow and HR standard interfaces based on earlier work on Implementation OR Support project is expected.
• Very good understanding of Support life cycle
• Must have strong knowledge and hand-on experience in RICEW (Reports, Interface, Conversions, Extensions and Workflow) development activities in HRMS modules.
• Good functional experience who can independently solution business requirements and recommend industry best practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $110.00 - $120.00 per year
