Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Leasing Consultant to join our team. As a Leasing Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting prospective residents with finding their ideal living space and providing exceptional customer service throughout the leasing process. Responsibilities: - Greet and engage with prospective residents, providing them with information about available units, amenities, and lease terms - Conduct property tours to showcase the features and benefits of the community - Assist applicants with completing lease applications and ensure all required documentation is collected - Conduct thorough background checks, credit checks, and reference checks on potential residents - Collaborate with the property management team to ensure all leasing paperwork is accurate and completed in a timely manner - Coordinate move-in dates and assist residents with the move-in process - Address resident inquiries, concerns, and maintenance requests promptly and professionally - Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) software to track leads, follow up with prospects, and maintain accurate records - Actively participate in marketing initiatives to attract new residents and maintain high occupancy rates Experience: - Previous experience in an office or administrative role, preferably in real estate or property management - Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and establish positive relationships - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Proven ability to negotiate lease terms and close sales deals - Proficient in data entry and computer skills - Familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) is a plus - Knowledge of property management principles and practices - Sales experience is highly desirable Join our team as a Leasing Consultant and enjoy the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where your contributions are valued.
