With Zoom Tan Inc. being the fastest growing UV and Spray Tanning Company in America, the ideal candidate for this position will need to provide exceptional technical service to our employees, bring innovative ideas and improve Zoom Tan’s current information technology services.

This position will interact with Zoom Tan’s finest Electrical Engineers and Software Developers, creating the computing hardware and software that operates our 110 tanning salons.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all retail systems for overall reporting and analytics.
• Responsible for the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of computer systems and network servers.
• Maintain database information stored on all systems applications to maintain consistency throughout all the reporting.
• Manage IT Helpdesk operations that include both the corporate office as well as the retail locations. This includes, but is not limited to IT inventory, phone support, desktop support, POS and Back Office support, etc.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software errors by running diagnostics, documenting problems and resolutions, and prioritizing operational problems.
• Work cross-functionally with the Management Team to ensure proper programming and configuration of system settings are implemented correctly.
• Maintain constant communication with all departments.
• Work cross-functionally with all teams to continually create or update technology platforms.

What You Will Bring to the Team:

• BS degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 4 to 8 years of IT Support experience preferably in retail industry (Perferred)
• Strong knowledge and experience managing Point of Sale Systems and Back Office Software.
• Strong knowledge of systems and networking software, hardware, and networking protocols.
• Strong knowledge of implementing and effectively developing help desk and IT operations best practices, including expert knowledge of security, storage, data protection, and disaster recovery protocols.
• Professional presence, polished communication skills and proven ability to effectively deal with senior level management.
• Self-motivated and self-disciplined. Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent listening and assessment skills.
• Strong attention to detail and deadline orientation.
