Raymond Building Supply is seeking an Operations Coordinator for our Naples, FL location!

Raymond Building Supply, a division of US LBM, is a leading distributor of specialty building materials in the United States with various locations across South Florida, including Lee, Collier, Sarasota, Polk, Broward and Hillsborough County. Raymond provides a wide range of building material products to residential and commercial customers.

Wage: $33,280-$45,760 Annually

The position itself is paid hourly, paid on a weekly basis, with full time hours and overtime opportunity.

Schedule: In-office M-F 7AM-3:30PM, overtime as needed

Daily tasks as an Ops Coordinator:

• Work closely with operations supervisors and managers on facilitating, organizing, tracking operational needs to include, but not limited to; facilities repairs/maintenance, uniform needs, overhead supplies, etc.
• Work closely with Culture Coordinator, Fleet Manager, Process Improvement Manager and Human Resources to participate in cross departmental projects, as needed
• Contribute to our associate first culture by participating in several associate lead committees; Associate Feedback, Continuous Improvement, Safety, etc.
• Participate and assist in organizing both associate and customer engagement activities
• Perform administrative work; purchase orders, overhead purchasing, etc., as needed

Skills needed to be successful in this role:

• Previous experience with facility maintenance
• Knowledge of MS Suite (excel, power point, etc.)
• Excellent written and spoken communication
• Flexibility in work day tasks- multi tasking
• Ability to participate in cross-functional working environment - amongst several different teams
• Ability to pass pre-employment background and drug screening
