The Body & Electrical Assurance Specialist will work closely with QA surveys from dealerships to reduce costs associated with Quality issues. Pay/Salary: $60K

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze warranty, IQS, and other customer feedback to determine priorities for improvement.
• Update customer feedback database with improvement activities and status.
• Communicate with cross-functional departments to ensure understanding of customer issues & improvements.
• Visit suppliers and/or dealers, when required, to investigate and determine countermeasure effectiveness.
• Coordinate and conduct internal campaign for quality flow-outs to customers and issue reports.
• Investigate and inform responsible departments of external quality concerns. Work with departments to identify root cause, implement containment and

develop countermeasures in a timely manner. * Issue reports and presentations regularly to inform customers on progress and results.
Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree equivalent experience preferred.
• 3 – 5 years job related experience in automotive industry desired
• MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Vehicle electrical systems and body experience
• Knowledge of electric motor control and electrical vehicle

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
