Nifco Korea USA, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Automotive Parts Quality Assurance Staff to support our quality control processes and ensure that our automotive parts meet or exceed industry standards. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing quality control inspections, maintaining accurate records, and working with the Quality Assurance Manager to identify areas for improvement. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive parts quality assurance, excellent communication skills, and a passion for continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Perform quality control inspections on incoming and outgoing automotive parts
• Maintain accurate records of quality control inspections and report on quality performance to the Quality Assurance Manager
• Work with suppliers to improve the quality of incoming parts
• Collaborate with other departments, such as engineering and production, to ensure that quality standards are met
• Identify areas for improvement in the manufacturing process and report findings to the Quality Assurance Manager
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to improve quality and reduce costs
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of industry quality standards and regulations
• Conduct regular audits of the manufacturing process to identify areas for improvement

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Quality Assurance or related field
• 1 years of experience in automotive parts quality assurance or a related field
• Strong knowledge of quality control procedures and techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 and other quality management systems
• Knowledge of statistical process control techniques and Six Sigma methodology preferred
• Ability to speak, read and write Korean

Salary and Benefits:

Salary range: $50,000 - $80,000 per year, commensurate with experience
