Join us for an incredible opportunity to become part of our Seattle Collective Sales team as our Area Group Sales Manager! Our Area Group Sales Manager will be based out of Hyatt Regency Seattle, though supporting “A Seattle Collective”, a multi-property cluster comprised of Hyatt at Olive 8 and Hyatt Regency Seattle.
The Area Group Sales Manager will be focused on the Mid-Atlantic & Southeast Major Markets (non-citywide). This leader is a fully competent individual who has experience in the sales process and function of selling multi-hotels to include Hyatt at Olive 8 and Hyatt Regency Seattle as A Seattle Collective. Responsibilities focus on strategizing the unique deployment of two individually branded hotels as a collection to include selling guest rooms, meeting space and other Hyatt services to customer groups, managing accounts, preparing road maps and conducting site inspections, solicits and generates business. The Sales Manager will also participate and may lead event meetings, sales and other staff meetings. The Sales Manager also works as a team member with the sales and events staff and in close contact with assigned Administrative Assistant and other support staff. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and revenue for our three hotels by developing and implementing effective sales strategies, establishing and maintaining relationships with key clients and traveling as needed to key markets to build opportunities.
The salary range for this position is $76,700 to $115,300. Decisions regarding individual salaries will be based on a number of factors, including experience, qualifications, and education.
