Job Summary: Monarch Tractor, an autonomous electric tractor company based in Livermore, California, seeks a skilled and experienced Electrical Engineering Manager to join our team. As the Electrical Engineering Manager, you will lead and manage the electrical engineering department, mentor and grow junior level engineers, and provide technical expertise across all electrical engineering projects. This role involves working with the team one-on-one, planning and recruiting for the department, maintaining a high bar for department technical output, and solving the hardest electrical engineering challenges Monarch encounters. Some limited travel may be required for customer visits or other business needs.
