Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Assistant Manager. The Assistant Manager will work closely with the Manager to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement.

Duties:
- Communicate effectively with team members, customers, and vendors
- Assist in managing daily operations, including opening and closing procedures
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer issues or complaints
- Assist in training and supervising staff members
- Conduct employee orientations and ensure compliance with company policies
- Assist in scheduling and managing employee shifts
- Conduct interviews and assist in the hiring process
- Assist in inventory management and ordering supplies as needed
- Support sales efforts by promoting products or services to customers
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management
- Ability to manage shifts and delegate tasks to team members
- Experience in conducting employee orientations and training sessions is a plus
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus, but not required
- Ability to supervise and motivate team members to achieve goals
- Experience in sales or customer service is preferred
- Strong organizational skills to maintain a clean and efficient work environment

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
