Kung Fu Tea Fort Wayne in Fort Wayne, IN is looking for one manager to join our team. We are located at 4206 W Jefferson Blvd. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, punctual, hard-working, and with a great work ethic.

Part-time with the possibility to become full-time.

Responsibilities

*Train, coach, and develop employees and team leaders *Delegate tasks to the team and provide follow-up *Hold team accountable for their performance; provide coaching and counseling as needed *Ensure the team provides fast, friendly, and accurate service *Ensure product quality, store cleanliness, maintenance, and security standards are met *Staff and schedule appropriately to control labor costs *Ensure proper cash handling and deposit procedures are followed *Ensure appropriate inventory and ordering systems are in place *Execute advertising campaigns, events, and social media posts. *Provide weekly reports to the owner.

Qualifications

*Excellent communication skills to connect effectively with customers and co-workers *Possess a positive attitude and ethics that support our values and culture *Ability to manage a fast-paced, high-volume, clean, customer-focused shop *Strong time-management skills; ability to multi-task, prioritize, and organize *Sufficient with POS, computer/iPad, and troubleshooting *Prior managerial experience preferred
